Mr. Tu received rigorous classical training in China after he was proclaimed a child prodigy at the age of seven.  He has too many awards and accomplishments to mention them all.  Several of his books will be for sale at Mainstreet.  They are an overview of the spectacular paintings of this gifted artist, who has created some of the most famous, dramatic and realistic art to come from China in the last fifty years.  He is past president of the Oil Painters of America and still serving on the board.  The government of China is currently building a museum especially for Mr. Tu’s works.
