Bridget Austin Watercolor Workshop

This two day workshop will focus on helping you keep your watercolors fresh and spontaneous. Add sparkle by saving the whites of the paper, use personal colors to enliven your subject, build rich darks and use negative painting. Don’t just copy a photo, improve it with a composition that maximizes what you want to say about your subject. We’ll paint flowers the first day and landscapes the second. You may bring your own subjects, or use photos provided. Some experience with watercolor is helpful!
Bridget has enjoyed painting and teaching in watercolor for over 30 years. She lives in Green Bay, WI and exhibits in Door County at the Jack Anderson Gallery. Her teaching takes her all over the US.
