WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: In this workshop, Tim will cover paint mixing, brush strokes, and examine common mistakes in watercolor. Students will spend time working in sketchbooks to plan paintings, talk about color theory, value structure, composition, simplification, and perspective. Through conversation, demonstration, and thoughtful critique we will unlock some of the frustrations we all experience. Most of all, Tim wants students to begin to see and understand art as a circular process. This workshop will be all about you and your individual artistic journey. |
